Jacquelyn Diggs is a premier licensed hair and makeup artist at Divah Hair Salon in Laurel, Maryland. She is a graduate of Bennett Career Institute in Washington, D.C. and has trained as an assistant under the legendary Barry Fletcher. Barry Fletcher enhanced her education of hair with special emphasis on treatments for hair loss and thinning. She was also instructed and trained by Mr. Fletcher on fabulous precision hair cuts, and color.
